I'm Camila Pérez Álvarez. I grew up racing on a school playground in Uruguay and spent twenty years on the track: the 400 metres, the hurdles, national titles. At 37 a lifelong dream came true: South American Masters champion (W35) over 800 metres, with silver over my old love, the 400.
Sport taught me how a body actually gets stronger: progressively, patiently, with good form. Now, in Mallorca, I bring that craft to people who simply want more good years. Not medals. Just a body that carries them well into their eighties.

Coaching runs in Spanish and English. This site is trilingual, but the training itself isn’t in German, so we’ll work together in español or English.

If you're after a quick fix, a six-week transformation or a magic solution, this isn't it. I don't sell shortcuts. We work on changing deeply rooted habits, with real coaching, not an app to follow alone.
