Liability for content & links

Contents are compiled with care. No guarantee is given for completeness, accuracy or timeliness. This site links to external sites (e.g. Instagram, WhatsApp) whose content is the sole responsibility of their operators.

Copyright

All texts, photographs and graphics on this site are protected by copyright. Any use beyond personal viewing requires prior written consent.

02Privacy policy

This site is deliberately privacy-friendly: no tracking, no advertising, no analytics. The only third-party service is Calendly, used for booking, and it loads only after you consent. The sections below explain the little data that is processed and on what legal basis (GDPR / RGPD).

Controller

The controller responsible for data processing is the person named in the legal notice above.

Hosting & server logs

The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, USA). When you open the page, your browser necessarily transmits technical data (e.g. IP address, browser type, time of request) which the host processes in server log files to deliver the site securely and reliably. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure, functioning website). A data processing agreement is in place with the host.

Fonts & scripts

Web fonts (Fraunces, Inter) and the animation library are hosted directly on this server. No data is transmitted to Google Fonts or any third-party CDN when you visit.

Local storage

Your language choice is saved in your browser's local storage (key "cami_lang"). This is strictly necessary for the site to remember your preferred language, contains no personal data and never leaves your device. No consent is required for it.

Cookie consent & Calendly

To book a free intro call you can use Calendly (Calendly LLC, USA). Calendly is the only third-party service on this site and it loads only after you actively agree. We manage this with a self-hosted consent banner (Klaro), which stores your choice in your browser's local storage (key "klaro-camicoach") and sets no cookie of its own. Until you consent, nothing is loaded from Calendly and no data is sent to it. Once you book, Calendly receives your IP address, browser information, name, email and the chosen time, and may set its own cookies and transfer data to the USA. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent) and Art. 6(1)(b) (the booking itself). You can change or withdraw your choice anytime via "Cookie settings" in the footer. If you prefer not to use Calendly, you can book by email, phone or WhatsApp instead.

Contact by email & WhatsApp

If you contact us by email, your email is processed and stored by our email provider, netcup GmbH (Daimlerstr. 25, 76185 Karlsruhe, Germany), solely to handle your enquiry. If you choose to write via WhatsApp, that message runs through WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. / Meta Platforms — please note their own privacy terms apply. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps) and Art. 6(1)(f) (responding to enquiries). Data is deleted once it is no longer needed.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and to object to processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details above.

Right to complain

You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Spain the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD, www.aepd.es), or the authority of your country of residence.
