I'm Camila Pérez Álvarez. I grew up racing on a school playground in Uruguay and spent twenty years on the track — 400 metres, hurdles, national titles, and at 37 a lifelong dream come true: South American Champion.
Sport taught me how a body actually gets stronger — progressively, patiently, with good form. Now, in Mallorca, I bring that craft to people who simply want more good years. Not medals — just a body that carries them well into their eighties.
